This is the second part of the 5th Canto of Garga Samhita, written by Sri Garga Muni. He is recognized as highly elevated in austerity and penance. He lived at the time of Lord Krsna�s appearance on earth and was the family priest of the Yadu dynasty. He was not only an ordinary person as seen by material senses, he was also a great authority in the knowledge of astrology. In this volume of Sri Garga Samhita you will find details of how the Yadus celebrated the killing of Kamsa , and how Ugrasena is crowned as the king of Mathura. Krishna and Balaram are accepted at the school of Sandipani Muni and how They repay him for teaching Them by winning back his lost son from the Yamaraja�s kingdom. In the meantime, the Gopis are near suicide from the separation from Krishna. They are in complete lamentation and agony from His absence. Krishna sends Uddhava to Vrindavan to console all the residents. He tries to console the Gopis, who in return send message to Krishna. Uddhava hears Gopi�s words and returns to Mathura.
